We understand that the flooding and risks to home and vehicle damages have not been addressed by our HOA even after one year since the first event, but there is no reason or excuse for destructiveness.

We realize that we need to have a better parking solution to protect our vehicles. Homeowners that can’t park at their homes without having to wake up and go move their vehicles every time the rain starts is unacceptable.

Please submit your ideas for community flood preparation so that we can have viable solutions the next time the water rises and we don’t end up with more of this.
